Whether you're drinking Sun Chaser to relax, hang longer, or simply as a tasty and enjoyable alternative to alcohol, we remain confident in and excited about the future of drinking as one where we finally put our health first.
How Will I Feel?
The feeling is described as generally light. Just enough to take the edge off or put a pep in your step. Remember that just like a cup of coffee, different people have different sensitivity levels to supplements.
How Much Do I Drink?
The serving size for Berry Pomegranate is two. The serving size for Yuzu Lemon and Bright Citrus is one. However, everyone experiences supplements differently, and many customers report their feelings after just one packet. So, ease into your Sun Chaser with one and see how it feels before drinking a second. Cheers!
How do I mix Sun Chaser?
We recommend pouring a little liquid into the glass first, then sprinkle in the Sun Chaser, swirl, and finish pouring in your liquid. If you're using a carbonated liquid, pour slowly and expect a fizz. Top it off with ice and garnish of your choice!
When Do I Drink This?
You can enjoy Sun Chaser products all day long. Sun Chaser is alcohol-free and sugar-free! This means there’s no crash, no sugar rush, and no hangover. It’s really up to you; want to pep up your afternoon (and avoid the sugary blended coffee drink), have an Uplift, want to chill over a board game with friends, have an Unwind.
What Should I Be Mindful Of?
Don’t consume if you are breastfeeding, pregnant or may become pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication, including SSRIs. Consult your doctor if you are unsure if Sun Chaser is right for you.
Sun Chaser Products Keep Changing, What’s Up?
Our products are evolving to include advancements in flavor, form, and function. This is based on the valuable feedback we hear from customers and the latest developments in supplement use. We commit to further innovating our formula as the field evolves.
Can I mix Sun Chaser with alcohol?
We do not recommend mixing Sun Chaser with alcohol or any psychoactive substances.
Can you drive after drinking?
We do not recommend driving after drinking Sun Chaser.
Shipping Questions
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 United States. Sun Chaser does not ship to the Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO). Unfortunately, we do not (yet) ship Sun Chaser internationally. But we plan to in the near future, join our mailing list to be the first to know when and where!
When will my Sun Chaser Order arrive?
ASAP! We’re a small-batch company, but we’re working daily to fulfill extremely high demand.
We do our best to ship out all orders within 48 hours of purchase. Normal delivery time is within 1 to 7 business days. Occasionally this can be longer due to unforeseen circumstances or local weather. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
Can I Change My Address or Cancel My Order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email sunchaser@nimblfulfillment.zohodesk.com with “Change My Address” and your order number in the subject line, along with a specific description of what needs to be changed. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, but we’ll do our best!
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or provide a money-back guarantee. Please read the list of ingredients carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure whether Sun Chaser is right for you, consult a medical professional before placing an order. If you ordered the wrong item, please do not open the package, and return to:
My Order Arrived Damaged
We will refund all orders which arrived in damaged condition. Please contact us immediately at hello@drinksunchaser.com and attach a photo of the product. Damaged orders will be replaced or refunded within 14 days of receiving the product.
My Order Never Arrived
Email us at sunchaser@nimblfulfillment.zohodesk.com and we’ll reach out to the carrier.
