Where do you ship?

​​We currently ship to all 50 United States. Sun Chaser does not ship to the Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO). Unfortunately, we do not (yet) ship Sun Chaser internationally. But we plan to in the near future, join our mailing list to be the first to know when and where!

When will my Sun Chaser Order arrive?

ASAP! We’re a small-batch company, but we’re working daily to fulfill extremely high demand.

We do our best to ship out all orders within 48 hours of purchase. Normal delivery time is within 1 to 7 business days. Occasionally this can be longer due to unforeseen circumstances or local weather. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Can I Change My Address or Cancel My Order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email sunchaser@nimblfulfillment.zohodesk.com with “Change My Address” and your order number in the subject line, along with a specific description of what needs to be changed. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, but we’ll do our best!

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or provide a money-back guarantee. Please read the list of ingredients carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure whether Sun Chaser is right for you, consult a medical professional before placing an order. My Order Arrived Damaged.

We will refund all orders which arrived in damaged condition. Please contact us immediately at sunchaser@nimblfulfillment.zohodesk.com and attach a photo of the product. Damaged orders will be replaced or refunded within 14 days of receiving the product.

My Order Never Arrived.

Unfortunately, packages are sometimes lost, stolen, or misplaced before arrival due to carrier error or external forces. We cannot guarantee a replacement package in these circumstances, but we do try our hardest to offer a refund or courtesy package.
